What would be defined as harassing behaviour within the Criminal Code? Harassing behaviour can include:
- repeatedly following you
- repeatedly visiting, calling, or writing to you, either directly or through someone else.
- watching you, or your home or workplace
- doing something that threatens you or someone in your family
