When my husband keeps calling me he says that unless I go back to him he will commit suicide. Would this be harassment? Yes, this behaviour could be harassment. Other examples of behaviour that could be harassment are:
- making calls to another person and leaving threatening messages
- visiting another person's workplace for no good reason
- following you or someone close to you by car or by public transport
- making rude or obscene gestures to another person
- repeatedly driving by a person's house or workplace
- damaging property belonging to another person
- making threats of harm to you or someone close to you
- leaving unwanted gifts
